Privacy

Effective October 6, 2026

Tentekio LLC, a US company, runs bignasty8ball.com. This policy covers the website only.

Email signup

Signing up is optional. Your email address goes to SendGrid, the service that stores our mailing list and sends our emails. We use it only for game news. Submitting the form gives us permission to send those emails. There is no confirmation email.

Your address stays in SendGrid unless it is deleted. Unsubscribing stops game news, but SendGrid may keep your address to prevent further emails.

Visiting the site

DreamHost hosts the site and Cloudflare delivers it. They receive your IP address, browser details and the pages you request. They use this information to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Signup requests also pass through them. They may keep request details in hosting and security logs.

To limit repeated signups, we keep a code made from your IP address, along with signup request times. On each signup request, we delete records last updated at least an hour earlier. This cleanup does not delete provider logs.

These services may handle information in the United States and other countries. We may share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use no analytics or ads and set no cookies ourselves. Cloudflare may set a security cookie when it checks your browser for automated traffic. We do not track you across other websites. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change how the site works.

We do not sell your information or share it for targeted advertising.

Links to our social media accounts take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You can stop game news and withdraw your permission at any time by writing to [contact]. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your information.

Where EU or UK privacy law applies, our legal basis for game news is your consent. We handle visit data based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. You can object to that use. You may also have rights to a copy you can transfer to another service or to limit how we use your information. You can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The game is meant for ages 16 and up. A parent can write to us to request removal of an address submitted by a child under 13.

Policy updates

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
